Teuta Pashnjari (b. Tapizë, Albania) is a multidisciplinary visual artist based in Berlin, working primarily with painting, video art, and textile installations. With a background in Fine Art from Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Finland and further studies at ICART in Paris, her practice weaves together themes of memory, migration, and emotional landscapes. Drawing inspiration from her upbringing on Corfu Island, Greece and personal narratives, Pashnjari creates site-specific works that engage with light, color, and environmental shifts. Her use of organic forms and intuitive processes evokes a dreamlike atmosphere where past, present, and future converge.

Rooted in both philosophical inquiry and sensory experience, Pashnjari’s work explores the emotional resonance of place through contemplative gestures and poetic imagery. She has exhibited internationally, including solo exhibitions in Finland and group shows in Germany, and has participated in residencies across Europe, where she incorporates art therapy and public engagement into her creative process. Her recent video works have been featured in film festivals such as the Gjon Mili Video Art Festival, where she received the Special Prize in 2024. Guided by slowness and attentiveness, Pashnjari sees art as a medium of reflection, connection, and transformation.
